If you lease a fully electric car, in 2021 you will pay a low addition of 12 percent on the first 40,000 euros of the list price. If the car is more expensive than that, the regular rate of 22 percent applies to everything above 40,000 euros. In 2022, the low addition will go to 16 percent on the first 35,000 euros. As it stands, that percentage will remain the same in 2023 and 2024, but the maximum amount will be reduced by 5000 euros to 30,000 euros.
