Singer Classic Study debuts at 2024 Taipei Motor Show

Singer is famous for its tribute to the classic Porsche 911. Since it was founded in California, USA in 2009, it has gradually expanded into a global luxury brand over the past ten years. In 2021, it will add Taiwan's Yongsan Automobile to its list of global partners. Based on the 964 model Porsche 911 classic car, it pays homage to the classics through 21st century automotive craftsmanship, and adheres to the core concept of Everything is Important to achieve customers' refined customization needs. Singer has become synonymous with the rebirth of old Porsche cars.

The first Classic Study was inspired by the air-cooled Porsche 911 of the 1970s. The Coupe version was officially unveiled at Monterey Car Week in 2009, and has continued to help car owners upgrade to AWD four-wheel drive and Targa versions. In 2018, it cooperated with the Williams F1 Team Racing Engineering R&D Company. The world's rare and limited edition of 75 Dynamic and Lightweighting Study (DLS) works was reborn in the new British factory, pushing the performance limit of air-cooled engines to a new level. In 2022, in order to allow car owners to pay tribute to the classic 930 Turbo model, the Turbo Study work is launched that takes into account the demands of long-distance and sports driving. Come 2023, in order to satisfy the desire of car owners to combine Dynamic and Lightweighting Study with turbine technology, the Dynamic and Lightweighting Study – Turbo (DLS-T) work was born, paying the highest respect to the powerful 934.5 endurance racing car.

In order to let the vast number of car enthusiasts in the Taiwan market experience the charm of Singer in person, Yongsan Motors will exhibit the Taiwan Commission, the seventh Classic Study work jointly conceived and reborn by Singer and Taiwanese car owners in the early days of the brand's establishment, at the 2024 Taipei Motor Show. It is based on the chassis of an old 964 model 1991 Porsche 911, which was refurbished and replaced with carbon fiber to create exterior panels. It is painted in Singer Racing Silver, with matte silver window frames and olive green Porsche lettering on the side of the car. The interior of the cabin fully retains the classic elements of the Porsche 911, using Olive Green leather and suede with snowflake white stitching. It is also equipped with lightweight carbon fiber racing seats. The seat surface has a checkered texture and is embellished with brass rings. The interior is completely handcrafted to perfection. Installation details. The power part is equipped with a 3.8-liter air-cooled horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine, equipped with a five-speed manual gearbox. The exposed aluminum alloy fuel tank cover in the center of the front panel and the oil hole cover on the side of the car are Singer's iconic designs. It's a charming detail.

With the works as the protagonist, Singer's exclusive exhibition area, like an art museum, implements the brand's unique simple aesthetics. All classic car lovers are invited to go to the Nangang Exhibition Hall from December 28, 2023 to January 1, 2024 to appreciate and experience it together. As an official partner, Yongsan Automobile continues to be committed to faithfully conveying the brand's unique personality and spirit, while providing top-level customer service to top buyers. It has been collected by Singer and continues to be classic.
