Opel Classic has recently started offering virtual tours, which can be followed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week at opel.com/opelclassic. The concept was conceived in times of corona, according to Opel, "to remain visible and accessible to customers and fans".
The virtual tours of Opel Classic work a bit like Google Streetview. You can turn the camera in all directions and by clicking on digital arrows you 'walk' through the exhibition. Some cars have clickable yellow dots for more information. It is a pity that they are not placed with more vehicles.
You can walk freely through three halls of Opel Classic or choose one of four themes: Rally Racing (Opel has a successful rally history), Roaring Twenties (racing bikes, rockets, airplanes), Mobility for Millions (compact models and success numbers, such as the Kadett and Astra) and Alternative Drive (rocket propulsion, early electric cars, hydrogen).
The virtual tours at Opel Classic can be found at opel.com/opelclassic.
