The new Smart #1 has a cheaper base price. Until recently, you had to pay at least 42 grand for the EV, but the introduction of a new entry-level model has made the Smart #1 5,000 euros cheaper.
The new Smart #1 Pro is available from 37,395 euros. This is without deduction of the SEPP subsidy. In this version the #1 still has 272 hp. The difference is in the battery. Instead of the normal 66 kWh battery pack, the Pro version has a smaller 49 kWh LFP battery.
Of course this has consequences for your range: it was 420 to 440 km (depending on the version) and with the new battery you get up to 310 kilometers on one charge (WLTP). You can do fast charging with a maximum of 130 kW, which fills the battery up in less than 30 minutes.
The battery seems to be the only thing that matters Smart has saved with the new version. Compared to the existing 'Pro+', the Smart #1 Pro (without +) appears to have the same equipment. Then we are talking about:
The cheaper Smart #1 Pro of 37,395 euros will be available in the Netherlands from the beginning of next year. In addition to the Pro version, the Smart #1 is also available as Pro+, Premium, Pulse, Brabus and Launch Edition.
The Smart #1 is available in combination with private lease from €595.00 per month with a term of 72 months and 10,000 km per year. look at all the Smart #1 Prices.
